• Can you ship to my state and are there any restrictions?

  • Due to their state's laws, we are not able to ship any alcohol to Alabama, Arkansas, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Utah and Vermont.

  • There are "bottle limits" in these states - Delaware (1), Maine (5), Missouri (24), Montana (12), Oklahoma (1), South Dakota (5), Wisconsin (24)

   

• How do I place an order?

  • Use the category menu on the left and make your selections

  • Use the Browse Store feature on the left and make your selections

  • Use the Search Store feature on the left and make your selections

  • When you have completed your selections click on the checkout link

  • Complete the required name & address information

  • Verify all information and click on checkout, you will be brought to our secure server for the rest of the transaction

  • Select your shipping method

  • Input your credit card information

  • Verify that all your information is correct

  • Click the checkout link to submit your order

  • We will process your order and update your account

• How do I check the status of my order?

  • Login to your account

  • Click the Account Details link

  • View the current status of your order

• How do I track my order through UPS?

  • In the left column menu area click on the Order Tracking link

  • Input your order # and email address that was used in the order

  • Your tracking code will be automatically filled in

  • Click the Track Package button

   

• Do you give quantity discounts?

  • Yes

  • As you search through our wine selections you will see the available discounts listed

  • They will show up like this:

    • The following discounts apply to all these products.
      6-11 Bottle Discount 10%
      12-35 Bottle Discount 15%
      36 + Bottle Discount 20%
      

  • You can mix together different bottles for the discounts

  • Closeouts do not have discounts and do not count towards your discount quantity

• What can I find in my Account Details?

  • You will be able to update your account settings to include:

    • Email address

    • Password

    • Shipping address

  • You can view your order history to see what you have purchased in the past
